The Democrats have failed in the public schools with the African-Americans, they abort their babies, they’ve done nothing to lift them out of poverty!

… We just showed this movie, ‘Red Tails’ across the state in Jacksonville, you know who showed up? Military families. You know what color they were? They were African-American. You know who they brought? Their kids. Finally Hollywood made a movie with patriotic African-American role models. They don’t have any.

Rick Tyler, Newt Gingrich SuperPAC chair, in one of the most blatant examples of GOP racism in recent memory. Apparently, African-American children had no role models until Red Tails. I could barely believe what I was watching.

Watch the video for yourself:

I thought Al Sharpton was going to lose his shit completely. I wouldn’t blame him.

I would have fully supported that bitch slap. For the record, military historical societies supported the “Red Tails” screenings across the branches.  It was promoted as a kick off to Black History Month.  It’s also a pretty good movie.

The black community has plenty of patriotic role models.  I’m married to one.  This is just ignorance to the 15th power. I’m so tired of the race-baiting.

I guess I need to tell Phylicia Rashad and Neil deGrasse Tyson that they can no longer be my role models. A white man said there were no positive Black role models before “Red Tails”, so it must be true. /sarcasm

For my tumblr people who did not see it, this is Rick Tyler on MSNBC defending Newt Gingrich by saying that Black people have no role models and democrats abort black babies. No, I did not make that shit up.

Patricia Heaton, star of ABC Family’s “The Middle”, tells the president to go to a racist ass “pro-life” website on the 39th anniversary of Roe v Wade. Now I have a reason to avoid that show like the plague.
